Things have been crazy this summer with working two jobs and the emotional turmoil going on here at home. My days off aren't even days off, they are filled with doctor appointments an working on my senior thesis by taking pictures at ashby's swim meets. At least I have a lot to work with. This weekend is DUSO's which is the big championship between all the local swim teams. On Sunday Ashby is also swimming across the River for the third annual fundraiser for the River pool. ( River pool is a community project to make a pool in the Hudson River but filter out all the garbage in the Hudson.) I'm very excited because tho it's his third year, It's my first time getting to see him swim across the Hudson.

Life as I know it is NO MORE
Hey everyone. Sorry for not being able to update so much. There's a lot going on here at home. With myself with working a lot and problems at home. Mom and dad are having troubles and it looks like life wont be the same anymore as we know it. It's all very confusing and complicated and upsetting.
On a good note, I'm enjoying my new job a lot. Working with autistic children is very rewarding. It's hard work because many of them cannot communicate what they want but some of them can. Most of the kids have warmed up to me already and are very affectionate. Each day we work on different things such as reading, language, fine motor skills, self-care, and play. It's all very interesting and fun.
Well it's late and I have to work both jobs tomorrow. It's going to be another long day.

Memory Lane
I got this from my cousin's blog. Try it out! :
1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!
2. Next, repost these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses.
